About the Founding Team
Puglia Homebuilders started with a simple thought: owning a home in Italy should be something you enjoy, not something that becomes overwhelming.
Behind Puglia Homebuilders are two longtime friends and family men with more than 30 years of combined experience in construction project management, complex projects, technology and business development.
We discovered Ostuni in 2021 and quickly fell in love with the area. Today we own homes here ourselves and have experienced both the excitement and reality of owning property in Puglia.
Because we have gone through much of that journey ourselves, we understand the questions, challenges and decisions that come with it.
Together with a trusted local network of architects, garden designers, holiday rental hosts, property care specialists and other local professionals, we help make the process easier and more enjoyable.
